I break down this eBook into three parts. The first, which you'll be diving into right away,

is about all the lies and delusions that we hold about happiness and health. The delusions

that social media push on us day in and day out.

The second will introduce the mindset that completely obliterates all these delusions, and allows you to start looking at your journey as a life-long adventure. And lastly, I break down some examples and show you the difference of the two mindsets side by side. By the end of this eBook, you'll be looking forward to making mistakes and challenging new obstacles. You won't be relying on a result or "perfection" to be happy and healthy.

These messages we so often make about failure are delusions. It would be

failed a diet, it's because I wasn't a strong enough person

If I didn't lose weight, it's because I did it wrong

If I didn't lose weight, it's because I'm weak willed.

infinitely better to leave our ego aside and instead learn from our mistakes. We haven't ever failed dieting, but dieting has failed us. Our current methods of dealing with stress and anxiety are failing us, not that

we are a failure at dealing with stress and anxiety. Our definition of happiness is failing us, not that we are unworthy of happiness. Perhaps we've just been stuck in a pattern of thinking that doesn't allow us to grow out of this mindset. We've dieted 10 times, and put all the weight back on. We've found happiness for short glimpses of our lives but always ended up

being unhappy again.

So, where do we go from there? Another diet? Another self-help book? Or should we try something different? that gives

I say try a new strategy, maybe one that's more accepting. One you the tools and strategies to deal with obstacles. One that gives you the understanding of how to make healthy eating a lifestyle, not just a one month program. One that inspires you to continuously search for and discover

happiness.

YOU ACHIEVED YOUR GOAL & STOPPED TRYING

Or perhaps we've already improved and reached a state of good health and happiness-and thought that was it. We achieved it, we didn't need to continually work on it. But the truth is that you do.

Health and happiness are a huge part of our lives. And we need to be constantly looking to challenge or maintain it. There is no end point, no one tool that if we figure out, solves everything. We don't just magically stop facing obstacles and difficulties. We don't remain healthy just because we attained health one time.

It's about our daily mindset to grow. To develop yourself and deal with situations differently. It's about consistency! It's about the small adjustments and changes that we can easily put in day to day when we release this pressure of being perfect. It's when we actually start looking forward to obstacles!
