The awakening of conscious thought

The first step on the path of Light is the awakening of conscious thought. Olivier Manitara gives us more concrete ways to achieve thought control through meditation and self-observation.

Meditation is a fundamental activity of life that teaches us to put our body down, to make it enter into non-activity, in calm, serenity, and to focus our attention on thinking.

The first thing that meditation shows us is that we are inhabited and animated by thoughts that are alive and active around us. This awareness must not only be achieved when we meditate in stillness and silence, but throughout the day; it is a constant meditation. We must remain awake and try to perceive in our daily lives the thoughts that surround us and come to us.

We must be aware that we exist in two worlds, both equally real: the visible and the invisible. A tree, a house, flowing water, all that can be seen is a manifestation of what is hidden behind it and what constitutes the invisible.

Behind the man we see, there is the being we do not see. Thought represents this invisible, subtle side, as well as feelings, emotions, desires, which are also around us in the invisible. Fear as well as joy, sadness as harmony are states of mind whose manifestation can be seen through the physical body. However, we do not see the soul that produces these states.

How to perceive the invisible? First, by starting to enter and look inside oneself, because there stands the invisible. Man is an invisible being. If he does not realize it, he will remain at the level of the physical body and will not be able to capture the larger, more subtle worlds. He must learn to really enter into finesse, into delicacy.

True education consists in going towards the subtle, the delicate, the noble. What is a noble thought, a noble feeling? They are invisible beings who manifest themselves through the body. A man who carries beautiful thoughts, noble feelings and acts in conformity with them is a being who manifests nobility in the visible world, it is a being

on the way to a higher world where everything is subtle.

What counts in thinking is not the thought itself, that is, the fruit, but rather the seed that is inside. Is it a seed for a higher world? Or is it a seed for an inferior world?

AWAKEN SUBTLE VISION

Meditation is the key to life because it allows us to observe ourselves. The man who seeks enlightenment must observe his thoughts, listen to the words he utters and look at what is behind them. This discipline allows him to acquire the ability to perceive the invisible worlds around him. It is the art of awakening your vision in the subtle worlds, of observing, of knowing who you are and what manifests itself in you and around you.it is food for us, for the other, for the world. We see that bad thoughts darken us and that beautiful thoughts lead us to happiness and success. We become aware that our thoughts attract strengths, moods and influences that correspond to them.

When we enter more deeply into ourselves, we perceive this beauty of the heart. We see that the sanctuary of the heart is connected to thought. There are thoughts that make the heart open and flourish and others that close it.

If we descend even deeper, we encounter the belly, which carries the seed, the seed, the mystery of life. A sperm meets an egg and the incredible appears: a world, a new human being, perhaps a little Adolf Hitler, or a Peter Deunov, a Mozart... They are not the same seeds. These are different worlds of thought.

Why will one seed carry a small Hitler and another a small Deunov? Because they are invisible worlds that manifest themselves even in the visible. Thinking always ends up taking a body. The coming of a Hitler or Deunov to theis the result of thoughts, words and feelings that have been sustained by many beings. They are the manifestation of great collective thoughts, in good and in evil, because every thought acts in all worlds.

This is what meditation tells us. We are never alone, we are always with the Whole. No one can be alone, we are with the whole universe, we breathe with the stars... When we walk on earth, we carry within us all men, all women, all children, all

animals, all trees, all flowers, all stones... earth

Through conscious observation, we can see that there are cyclical thoughts within us, ideas that keep coming back, locking us into a mental universe from which we seem unable to escape. Just as we can be in a physical prison, we can also be in a straitjacket of mental strength, locked in concepts, prisoners of a world view that prevents us from opening up to the other.

When we observe ourselves, we understand that thought is alive and that is the result of thoughts, words and feelings that have been sustained by many beings. They are the manifestation of great collective thoughts, in good and in evil, because every thought acts in all worlds.

This is what meditation tells us. We are never alone, we are always with the Whole. No one can be alone, we are with the whole universe, we breathe with the stars... When we walk on earth, we carry within us all men, all women, all children, all animals, all trees, all flowers, all stones...

DEVELOP A LIVING THOUGHT

Man is activated by thoughts, which are in reality habits of life that are transmitted from generation to generation. And we never wonder about what's behind them.

Moreover, most humans never ask themselves questions about life: Why do we have eyes, ears? Why are we talking? Why are we on earth? What makes us move, get up in the morning?... We live in a kind of unconsciousness, without knowing which soul animates us.

We do not bring thoughts back to what is great. We are content with fragments that reassure us and we do not want to know more, while we are called to go towards a vast and pure world, towards the Light, towards what has been called "God", that is to say the Wonder of Wonders, which means that all beings are in brotherhood, in respect. God is the great Mystery, which we cannot understand, touch or see, but which illuminates the world and lives in us through our thoughts. To be countinue thank to read
